These gummy‘s are the best ones I’ve experienced so far. The flavor is excellent. I typically cut them in fours which means that’s 250 mg/ quarter and it’s a nice experience. I do eat a whole gummy before bed and that is an excellent sleep experience. Love love love this product. Have come back and purchased more.

Not a fan of the taste or the smell. I am on Zepbound, which is a GLP one blocker and apparently that medication causes the magic effect of the mushrooms not to happen. So if you’re on Zepbound or something like that buyer beware. I also tried the dried mushrooms and no luck.
